Qualification Review
Inquiry, inspection, and intent confirmation
Inquiry & Initial Contact: The franchisee and FLM headquarters make initial contact. The FLM Operations Center responds within 3 working days, providing the FLM Franchise Manual (including brand introduction, franchise policies, VIP membership system, etc.), and arranges for an Operations Manager to address any questions.
On-Site Inspection & Assessment: The franchisee may apply to visit the FLM headquarters and existing successful FLM franchise locations for an on-site inspection. Alternatively, the franchisee may request FLM headquarters to send a team to the franchisee's local market for an on-site assessment.
Qualification Review & Intent Confirmation: The franchisee must first complete the legal registration as a corporate entity, ensuring the necessary legal business qualifications to guarantee compliance for subsequent operations.
Note:The partner should complete company registration and hold valid business qualifications in advance. Equipment cost, first purchase cost, and working capital will be calculated based on store scale and local market conditions.
